We are just over the moon to be Prestige Awards winners for the second year running. We are immensely proud to be crowned Central Englands 'Best Holistic Salon 2023'. Fuelled with a love for what we do, we work hard to offer you beauty and wellbeing treatments that have a positive impact on a holistic level. Our salon is a safe, relaxing space where you are valued for being the amazing individual that you are, we don't offer one size fits all treatments. The judges feedback was just wonderful and in particular they were impressed with the beautiful reviews that our amazing clients take the time to leave us, they stood out as the most personalised and consistently highlighted the holistic ethos that we hold. Thank you to everyone that helps shine the light on us and continues to make the salon the wonderful little sanctuary in Heckington that it is. Tea, Cake & Chat!

💚 Our Macmillan Cake-Away morning was a huge success. We were busy from 10:30am until 1pm welcoming visitors for cake, cuppa and a chat, it was also a beautiful dry day which meant we could open up outside seating in our small courtyard. It was wonderful to catch up with regular clients and also welcome new faces into the salon and showcase what we are about. Together with cake sales and raffle ticket sales for our pamper hamper we raised a magnificent £307.60. Huge huge thank you to everyone that supported us, fundraising really does help to make a big difference xx

Silver Award Winners

We are super proud to announce that we are now an Award Winning Salon! We scooped three awards at this years British Hair & Beauty Awards. We were awarded Silver for Best Beauty Salon and Bronze for both Best Beauty Therapist & Best Massage Therapist in the East Midlands. This is a huge achievement for us considering we had only been open for a little over a year before Covid struck. Sooo .... 2022 awards here we come with our sights set on gold!!

Our First Pedicure Student

Monday marked an important day at Nellie Taylors as we saw our very first Pedicure Student Janice Whyment, successfully pass training and receive her Beauty Guild Certificate. This qualification now enables Janice to gain insurance to work professionally providing pedicure treatments. All of our beauty courses are accredited by the Beauty Guild and require practical training held at our salon in Heckington, Sleaford. All students also complete certificated Covid-19 training ensuring that they have an understanding of the virus and the importance of current protocols and how to implement them.

💚 We're ready for you .... Welcome Back!

After months of lockdown, it just feels amazing to open our doors and welcome back our clients old and new. The salon (I refer to it as her or she) has had a freshen up outside and we are just waiting for her window boxes and new signs to arrive. Reception has a whole new look and there have been a couple of changes to our treatment rooms too, but you need to come along and book yourself some 'me time' to see those. We have some exciting new treatments to launch including new products and equipment that we are sure you will be keen to experience .... 'light therapy' .... there's a little spoiler for you 🤭. We just need the Government to lift the restriction on facials and we can press the green light on go ✅ Of course we will be launching the new Heaven Skincare, Nettle Venom facial by Deborah Mitchel. The vegan alternative to the Bee Sting Facial and let me tell you the results are amazing, that little British Nettle has one mighty hidden talent! So watch out for upcoming promotions and competitions. That's right, if its good enough for Camilla and Posh .... And then there's our training academy, we are just finalising the next dates for August. We can currently offer you Manicure, Pedicure and Gel Polish training, all our courses are Beauty Guild accredited which means they are professional, industry recognised qualifications. Don't forget to add yourself to our waiting list if you would like to train in Facials, Waxing, Lashes & Brows and Threading, as soon as restrictions are lifted we will release more training dates.
